Programs and Services
First Offender
- Wet & Reckless (SB-1176): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education
- 3 or 4 Month (AB-541): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education with required hours of group and counseling *
- 6 Month (AB-762): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education with required hours of group and counseling*
- 9 Month (AB-1353): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education with required hours of group and counseling*
* Hour requirements of group and counseling vary by location.
Multiple Offender
- 18 Month (SB-38): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education with required hours of group and counseling
- 30 Month (1365): Must complete 12 hours of alcohol and drug education with required hours of group, counseling, and community service.
Other Mandated Services
- 52-Week Domestic Violence Batterers Program
- 26-Week Anger Management
Out-of-State Services
- An Out-of-State Assessment Includes:
- Assessment Screening
- Referral in Case Managemement
